Mr Kevin McMillan

Kevin McMillan is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with many years of surgical experience.

He is qualified in Medicine and Dentistry from the University of London. He is a member of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Royal College of surgeons in Ireland and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in England.

Kevin has trained extensively in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as completing a Fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. He has subspecialist interests in Paediatric Maxillofacial Surgery, Craniofacial Deformity and Trauma, as well as Vascular Anomalies in the head and neck.

With a passion for education and training, he has previously lead training for Specialist Registrars. He is an examiner for the FRCS examination . He is a NOTTS (non technical skills for surgeons) Faculty Member and engages in training other surgeons on improving safety and performance in the operating theatre.

Kevin has contributed to a wide variety of Peer Reviewed Publications as well as authoring chapters in several text books. He has authored a revision book for the MRCS examination. He has presented extensively nationally and internationally on his specialist subjects.
