My Health and Wellbeing patient portal – important update

Updated: July 2026

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is moving to a new patient portal.

As we move to the new patient portal, the current ‘My Health and Wellbeing‘ portal, will close on 4th August 2026.

This portal has been used by patients to access outpatient appointments, clinic letters and other health information online.

Unfortunately, the company that provides the current system is no longer able to continue supporting the service.

What this means for you

From 4th August:

·        You will no longer be able to access the My Health and Wellbeing portal

·        There will be a temporary pause before a replacement system becomes available

During this time, you will continue to receive all information about your care, including appointment details and clinic letters, via:

·        Posted letters

·        Telephone contact where appropriate

·        SMS/Text reminders

Action required: What you need to do before August 4th

You will need to print or download any appointment letters and clinical correspondence.

Any information you have added into the patient portal yourself – eg goals, targets, medications etc – will no longer be available.

This information cannot be printed or downloaded.

To print/download clinical letters/correspondence, follow these instructions:
