*This relates to low numbers between 1 and 5. Under section 40 (ii) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, statistically low numbers that potentially identify personal data are required to be withheld because of the Trusts obligation to protect personal data under the Data Protection Act 2018

Please note: Only Botulinum toxin is now in Tariff, so whilst in previous years all transactions were to individual patients, this is not necessarily the case now.
