When does the contract with the EDMS supplier end or when is the review date? 

The EDMS is an integral part of a centralised scanning contract with an external supplier which ends 31 March 2025.

What is the rough spend on the EDMS either annually or total contract value?

The Trust has no stand-alone contract for the EDMS, but it is an integral part of a centralised scanning contract.  The total value of this contract is commercial sensitive information.
