Financial & HR Systems

Financial Systems:

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust purchase a Finance and Accounting (F&A) System and Service from NHS Shared Business Services. The financial system we use is (SBS) Oracle, and we have used this since 2005. We are not provided with any split as to the costs relating to either the system or service element.

 The Contract for the F&A System/Service runs until 31.12.27.

Annual Cost for the contract for 2024/25 is £811,043.

HR – Systems:

Workforce planning & Rostering are managed using Allocate system current contract end August 2025

Recruitment is managed in house via NHS Solutions Electronic staffing

Expenses is e-pay managed by SBS Services (see above)
