Michelle Lynch – NeXT Director

Michelle Lynch joined our Trust Board as a NeXT Director on 9 January 2023 and her placement runs for 12 months.

Michelle Lynch is the owner and Director of Lynch’s Resources Ltd, an award-winning business which offers hybrid accounting and finance services for small and medium enterprises. She has over 15 years of experience steering and growing organisations through strategic leadership, proactive interventions and improving the financial health of organisations.

Michelle was appointed through the NHS England NeXT Director Programme which aims to increase the diversity of boards and particularly encourage interest from women, people from the local Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, LGBT communities, younger people and those with lived experience of disability.
