Katie Osmond – Interim Chief Finance Officer

Katie Osmond was appointed Interim Chief Finance Officer in January 2026.

She has taken on the role on an interim basis alongside her position as Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Managing Director at Wye Valley NHS Trust.

After graduating from the University of Wales: Aberystwyth, Katie began her NHS finance career in 2001 on the National Financial Management Training Scheme. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Katie has previously filled the deputy director of finance role at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and has significant experience in senior finance roles.

Katie is committed to continuous improvement and system collaboration as drivers for sustainable use of resources, and is passionate about developing people and teams.
