Guidelines

Pre-analytical

Samples must be received in standard blue lidded faecal container, ideally 1/3 full (NOT overfilled). Non-standard containers are NOT acceptable. Please include date of sample on container and form and ensure ICE request form is completed and sent with the sample. If possible, to stop NSAIDs 2 weeks prior to submitting sample
