Smart Cards – Registration Authority

The Registration Authority for Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is run by staff within the libraries and we are responsible for issuing smart cards/authenticators to staff members for accessing various systems.

All library staff can unlock and renew smartcards for any Acute Trust Staff Member or Student.

Some library staff act as RA Agents and are able to issue new smartcards and offer more in-depth advice.  There is also a RA Manager who is responsible for the RA Agents and the RA Service.
